Bible Note: John As I was reading your reply to Andrew the following statement you made jumped off the page. "Remember this my friend, when you stand before for God Himself, no excuses for not believing will be acceptable to Him." How about the excuse - I was never chosen to be one of the elect? According to the theological stance of some denominations, could this not be a legitimate excuse, for those who accept the teaching that God chose to only save a limited number of those whom He created.
