Bible Note: These are not my questions, they are someone else's .... we were having a conversation...and I copied the questions into my mail back to that person, with my answers. kind and tenderhearted toward others - the Pharisees were NEVER this...they were looney legalists...this is a fruit of the Spirit. 'That's what the writer of Hebrews was warning against in Hebrews 6:4-6. There were people in the church who knew all about God and understood gospel truths. They even had a measure of experience with gospel truth. This group are more interested in lust..and I don't mean sex...I mean anything you desire above God, and hurt people to get...that can be things, status..you name it..you can find a ton of it..and you will see a lot of this in the churches...be careful!!! If someone has visible the fruits of the Spirit in their lives, and the Holy Spirit indwells you the spirits of each other will communicate. I believe this..we don't have to go around "testing" people.. The Bible tells us that the Spirit will know and so will we. J |
