AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 Corinthians 2:14 ¶ But the natural [unbelieving] man does not accept the things [the teachings and revelations] of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness [absurd and illogical] to him; and he is incapable of understanding them, because they are spiritually discerned and appreciated, [and he is unqualified to judge spiritual matters]. |
Subject: How can anyone be saved? |
Bible Note: It's me again, As long as your going to be ruminating anyway... It is obvious that your desire is to be holy, but (like Paul-Rom 7) you still groan because of sin. But is'nt it different now than before you were saved? Now you hate your sin. Just because the desire of our heart is to be obedient does not mean we are able to be sinless. 1 John 1:10 "If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us." He will grant us the desire of our hearts when we appear before Christ. Unspeakable Joy and Oh what a glory that will be!!! John |
