AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 Corinthians 2:14 ¶ But the natural [unbelieving] man does not accept the things [the teachings and revelations] of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness [absurd and illogical] to him; and he is incapable of understanding them, because they are spiritually discerned and appreciated, [and he is unqualified to judge spiritual matters]. |
Subject: How can anyone be saved? |
Bible Note: Hi John, You need not answer this, but by freedom I meant that no external force hindered, limited or coerced my choice. In that sense I was free. My choices were limit only by internal factors, in this case, my insufficient funds. This I likened to fallen man. It is not God, man, Satan, what he ate for breakfast or any other external force that causes a man to reject Christ. In this sense he his free. The cause is his own insufficient moral capital.
