Subject: But What is it? |
Bible Note: I heard a story once about a cafateria. The guy was going down the line and he saw many different kinds of food all laid out nice and pretty. And then he came to this one plate that was all chopped up and brownish purple. And he asked the lady behind the counter, "what's that?" She explained that was already chewed food, for people who didn't want to chew their food...jus stick it in their mouths and swallow it. My point being, that sometimes we just have to go to the Word ourselves and do some good old fashion chewing. My advice is, just go to the word and discover your truths there. I am not going to engage in another argument with someone who probably hasn't even read the recommended passages. While there is a place in there, in the upper room, where the tongues they are referring too is actually many people speaking in eacth others language...there is also places in the bible, which I have pointed out a couple times now...that indicate that speaking in tongues is actually a heavenly language.
