Subject: How do we open eyes to truth? |
Bible Note: Charis, You start become angry, My agrument is too simple, Just show me that Jesus taught us to fight or to depend themeselves, and its fine: Jas 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ex 20:13 Thou shalt not kill. Mt 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Mt 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. "Do good them hate you," if fighting back is doing good for you, it is your choice and not of the bible teaching. Or do you bless them by fighting them or killing them, because it was mentioned "blessed them that curse you". It is not my word my friend, it is from the scriptures, if we ignore them do you think scriptures made for what? a comics a decorations? Your suggestion become sarcastic, but let me try answer this using the word of God: Your comment:"The Bible does not tell you specifically to breathe, either, but I suggest that you continue." My Answer: Ge 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. "Man become a living soul" Meaning would you suggest or not I am continuing breathing because your not the one holding my breath, it is very clear in that passages that God gave breath to everyone including yours. I respect you as a pastor, thanks for calling me arrogant! may God bless you in that. What I am very disappointed when you are starting changing my Statement: Your comment:"Please do not say that you are speaking as a "true Christian" implying that those that disagree with you are not. " MY ORIGINAL STATEMENT" "I am talking here of a true Christian my friend, not Christian in Mouth by a true Christian by heart that can follow the true teaching of Jesus Christ." You are accusing me of what I did not say, is that part of your teaching? My statement is: "I am talking of a true Christian" and "not as a true Christian" Meaning for those who follow the teaching of Jesus Christ, those who are in the Bible, an Example of a true Christian. If you remember my last post I also include myself as a Christian that cannot follow all the teaching of Jesus Christ! Dont change anything that is not true my friend, I hope you mistype it or misunderstood it. As a Christian it is not good. Please dont be angry, remember it is just a discussion. God bless you always, Johnny |
