Bible Note: Greetings Johnny! I can partially agree with you. If we are being persecuted because of our faith, then I think Scripture supports not defending ourselves. However, it someone simply walks into my house because they want to harm my family (not because of our faith), they probably aren't going to walk back out! Just because we are Christian's doesn't mean that we have to allow people to harm our families or our nation. I agree with what Charis said though!
