AMPLIFIED 2015 | Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed. |
Subject: claiming things in your life |
Bible Note: (1)Isaiah 53:4, 5; Matthew 8:16,17 and James 5:14-16, show that physical healing for ANY generation is provided at the cross. I was prayed for and God healed me--I didn't just "claim" I was healed. Claiming my healing means that I hold onto my healing and don't let Satan take it from me. A lot of times when people are healed, Satan will come and try to tell you that you are not healed, but by "claiming" your healing, you hold onto it and don't let Satan take it away from you. |
