Yes in deed God knows all,But to say God chose some and not some.Would be saying,You can be saved and not your friend.Prehaps I missed what you are telling me.The key to Salvation is to understand God is not going to make you are I do anything.(Acts 2:21)tells us..."Whosoever(Anyone) call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved."That means God did not pick who would be saved. He leaves that to us.Does God Know?I would think so,for he knows the very thought of the heart. So indeed he does know who well be saved. But did he pick out a few and say the rest cant be because in the beganing he chose? That my friend is not Bible.Bible is he wishes us all to be saved and we do have the free will to decide reather we do or reather we dont. Its on us to beleave not God.(2 pet.3:9) tells us,"Not willing that any will perish."!He wants us all,but well we all be there?I would never say God does not NO ALL,Because he is all knowing!God Bless!! | ||||||

You wrote: "But to say God chose some and not some.Would be saying,You can be saved and not your friend." No it doesn't. It is saying that God will save those whom He will. He can save me and has done so. He can save my friend, but He may not. Those whom he has predestined will come to Christ. Those whom He has not will continue to reject Him. There is no one who really wants to be saved to whom God says, "no." You wrote: '"Whosoever(Anyone) call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved."That means God did not pick who would be saved.' No it doesn't. It means exactly what it says: all those who embrace Jesus Christ as Savior will be saved. It says nothing about who will trust in Christ, who is morally capable of trusting in Christ, or whom God has or has not chosen for salvation. --Joe! |
