Subject: do we have any free will? |
Bible Note: Ok I have read what you said and also Psalms 22 and I have some things for you to consider. 1. You cannot physically understand how God and Jesus are one, to the physical brain this is impossible. Therefore you cannot make the statement "Christ to die spiritually would have meant God died". I dissagree with this statement. Also because I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead, eg Romans 10:9 - "that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from among [the] dead, thou shalt be saved." 2. A lot of the old testiment foreshadows Jesus dying on the cross, take Isaac for instance. My friend, thankyou for spending this time with me, I will talk to others that I consider to have a close walk with God and see what they have to say. But for now lets just be happy that we're both going to heaven, and move on to some new things that God wants to share with us. Regards Dino |
