Bible Question: If some people are chosen for salvation and some are chosen for hell how come the Bible says that God didn't make hell for people but only for satan and his angels, and how come we seem to be able to choose to sin even after we are saved. This would seem to go against God's will for His children. any help on this one would be much appreciated. |
Bible Answer: Please read reformed777 answer because he is right on point. Hades is Hell. Therefore what is Hell. Hell is a place very hot in heart of the earth where sinner are tormented day and night until they are sentence by the judge which is God. Just as a person goes to jail first after his trail inorder to wait for his punishment. After he sees the the judge, the judge sends him to the penatentry. Sinners will leave Hell and be put back into their bodies to be judge and sent to the lake of fire. Hell also will be put in the lake of fire because their wil be no need for it. Now about free will I must speak as Jesus when he told the Pharasees that you err in the truth because you don't know the scriptures. God does not chose anyone for Hell, but rather a man chooses to go to Hell on his own. All people are called to Salvation through repentence but those that are chose are simple the one that chose to repent. Remember God created time therefore God can see through time and know who will choose him and who will reject him. It is not that God is picking and choosing people but he already know who will be for him and who will be against him. We are the ones who don't know. |
