AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 1:20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through His workmanship [all His creation, the wonderful things that He has made], so that they [who fail to believe and trust in Him] are without excuse and without defense. Subject: Is God somehow responsible? |
Bible Note: Tim, Let me throw these questions into the mix for everyone's consideration. Do you see a connection between the doctrine of double predestination and the doctrine of extrinsic justification? Or to adapt Luther's analogy in Bondage of the Will, does God ride man's will and soul to heaven in some cases and to hell in other cases, since even if one ackowledges the Devil, God's sovereignty demands that the Devil too is subject to God's will and his acts are also predestined and the Devil is therefore God's agent?
