Bible Note: Justme, sorry to have missed your question, but herewith my belated answer. The only person who ever lived a life on this earth free of sin was Jesus Christ. Truly regenerated believers can sin and they do. "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness...And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. (1 John 1:8,9; 2:1b). Stumbling, confessing and repenting is not the same thing as living a life of sin -- continuing a life over which sin has dominion. To continue in an habitual practice of homosexual acts which God clearly calls an abomination to Him cannot be viewed as merely stumbling but as willful and deliberate. And if it is claimed, as some do, that homosexual acts which God calls an abomination are not sinful, they make Him a liar and His word is not in them (see 1 John 1:10). ...
