Subject: What is iniquity in Matthew 7:23? |
Bible Note: John, Knowing what you know about YHWH, do you think that He would change what is defined as "Truth" to accomodate man? Genesis 15:6 "And he BELIEVED in the LORD; and he counted it to him for RIGHTEOUSNESS." Romans 10:10 "For with the heart man BELIEVETH unto RIGHTEOUSNESS; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. It is the same across covenants. Nothing has changed. This is Torah: Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. 6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: Leviticus 19 :18"...thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD. " This is Torah: Matthew 22:37 "Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang (SUM UP) all the law and the prophets. YHWH is very specific on how we are to Love Him and it has not changed. It is written in the law and the prophets. It's the same from Genesis to Revelation. Greg Boone |
