Personal profile for user screen name: Taleb Presently, I work with an enormous evengelical church. During the decades of my marriage, we have ministered the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, on many occasions in 10 countries (a few during "civil war") and most states. While fluent in mainly English, I have always attempted to learn enough of the "native's" language - be it Nahautl with Indians in Mexico, Arabic, and Greek in the Middle East, etc. I am an avid reader with a huge, overcrowded library. Even with nine or so "graduations" under my belt, I feel I am mostly a student, and as a student, I long to learn. From a family of teachers, I love to teach. With a variety of “religions” amongst my family members, I have spent lots of time “studying such" (plus Islam) to make myself approved unto God by understanding "where they are coming from". And, over the years, debating my Mormon, Jewish “relatives”, which offer me the strongest opposition to the truth of the gospel, has given me a boldness to proclaim what He has revealed in His Word. Living in the Middle East has provided “ideal” opportunities to “be His witness” to "my blood brothers" the Arabs.
