1 | What is iniquity in Matthew 7:23? | Matt 7:23 | Morant61 | 74067 | ||
Greetings Greg! You forgot one very important point about the relationship between early Christians and the synagogue. Acts 18:4 - "Every Sabbath he reasoned in the synagogue, trying to persuade Jews and Greeks. 5 When Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself exclusively to preaching, testifying to the Jews that Jesus was the Christ. 6 But when the Jews opposed Paul and became abusive, he shook out his clothes in protest and said to them, ??Your blood be on your own heads! I am clear of my responsibility. From now on I will go to the Gentiles.? 7 Then Paul left the synagogue and went next door to the house of Titius Justus, a worshiper of God." Paul was usually thrown out of the synagogue when he preached Christ! :-) Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

'Paul was usually thrown out of the synagogue when he preached Christ! :-)' Interesting point brother Tim!! :) ps I pray that your daughter is doing better. I have a similar situation only reversed: the child (me) is praying for the addicted parent. But all praise to our Father, for He has done great things and it's marvelous in our eyes!!
