Bible Note: Thanks, Hank; When I was visiting the Jews for Jesus site, I read about the the decision of the Jews after 70 A.D. to substitute prayer for sacrifices. It had always puzzled me how you could have modern-day Jews ranging from strict Orthodox to atheists. I guess when you start discarding parts of the Scripture, there's no fixed place to stop.
