These statements make perfect sense in that context" But it makes no sense if Paul was confused on what Torah truly was. He could not have made these statements: Romans 7:12 (ESV) So the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good. Romans 10:5 (ESV) For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them. If Paul's understanding was corrupt, we have no hope of using his writings accurately and should cut them out of our Bibles. Steve |
