Bible Note: Well since you weary of this, far be it for me to burden you with discussing the scriptures. My point is this: Adam and Eve were created with the indwelling of God's Spirit, which is everything that God is. His very nature and characture. When they sinned, it seperated them from God and they no longer had the Holy Spirit indwelling them. They were left with only the godless human nature and all it's fruit;envy,hate,jealousy,strife,greed, etc...All of Adams descendance were born in the image and likeness of Adam, not God. They were in the fallen condition with all those human emotions.That's why the world is the way it is! The whole scriptures is from this point on dealing with man's fallen condition/nature, and Jesus teaching about himself to lead them/us to an understanding of salvation to be restored back to His/God's nature.This is just the tip of the gospel message. .......If you already knew that, then you were given a pretty deep insight. If not, the story goes on. Should I bother? |
