Bible Note:
I’m not sure what all that is about. I hope you weren’t inferring one of us doesn’t understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ
.......I was saying though, that if a person cannot explain those reasons, then they do not understand the gospel, or what they are talking about! Those things are the gospel message as a whole picture and not just the simple part that Jesus died on the cross. Their is so much more to it than that, yet it is very simple to understand. Are you upset with me for trying to help others see the whole greater picture? The reason for the churches being divided in exponential ways, is because they don't understand the full entire gospel, just bits and pieces. We are to be of one heart, one mind, in one Spirit. Why do we even have Baptist, Assembly of God, Church of Christ? etc, etc... Did not Paul himself say, were we born into anything other than Christ?! No, but they still go on divided. The purpose for Jesus comeing to earth then was perfectly made clear in [luke 3:5,6]. Today, the way has been made crooked and the smooth roads have been made rough. |
