Bible Note: Darktanianxx I’m not sure what all that is about. I hope you weren’t inferring one of us doesn’t understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ like you do. That point aside, again I state we do not know Satan’s ulterior motive. As I said before we can see Satan's pride, we can see his handiwork, we know what Jesus called him the father of lies, a thief, a roaring lion seeking to kill steal and destroy. We know Satan is in rebellion to God, what we don’t know is what he hopes to accomplish. We know Satan is in subjection to God, we see this in his answering of God’s questions, we know Satan's demons respond and obey to God. So we see while Satan in some form of subjection he is also in total rebellion yet what does he hope to accomplish? Satan has to know he can’t kill God so what is Satan trying to do? This can’t be answered this side of heaven because we have not been given that answer. If you know the answer please let me know. EdB |
