NASB | Job 1:8 The LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered My servant Job? For there is no one like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, fearing God and turning away from evil." |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Job 1:8 The LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered and reflected on My servant Job? For there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God [with reverence] and abstains from and turns away from evil [because he honors God]." |
Subject: a righteous man |
Bible Note: Darktanianxx Since God isn't bound by time like we are. God saw man fall in the Garden even before he created the Garden. God had planned for man's redemption even before man was created. God can clearly see the creation of earth and the New Heaven and New Earth and everything that has taken place between the two. It is only man that looks upon this in a linear sequence time line. What does that have to do with Satan killing God? EdB |
