In your own writing when you quoted Isaiah, it says He poured out His soul unto death. As far as God raising Jesus from the dead, are you that much of a newborn, that I would have to give you a scripture reference to prove even that? ..............No matter what I write, you will not believe me. Why should I try and teach you the truth, when you already believe other wise?
2 | a righteous man | Job 1:8 | Makarios | 58499
Ok, Darktanianxx, Let me explain where it says, "..Because He poured out Himself to death,.." in Isaiah 53:12.. He "poured out Himself" as a sacrifice (see verse 10) for us (verse 6). Philippians 2:8 "Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross." You see, He humbled Himself. It was not Satan who humbled the Son of God. Blessings to you, Makarios |

I never said it was!!! ........ why are you putting words in my mouth. It was satan that wanted Him dead, but Jesus knew that and freely gave Himself up to death; even the death of the cross. .......I do like the fact that you understand this...Philippians 2:8 "Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross ........ Jesus did leave everything he was and had in Heaven. He relied on the Father as an example for us, just like we have nothing without Him.[Acts 10:38]
4 | a righteous man | Job 1:8 | Makarios | 58525
Greetings Darktanianxx, Jesus did not "humble" Himself to Satan.. He "humbled" himself to death (Hebrews 5:7-8), even to death on a cross. I am glad that the Lord was able to use me to help you see the Truth about his Son through the use of His Word. Blessings to you, Makarios |
