1 | Do you yet say that Jesus was just a man | John 9:24 | stokeyhk | 55088 | ||
The Bible clearly shows "Jesus is a created spirit-being." He didn't 'take on the appearance of man' but was actually a human son of God the same as Adam. (1 Corinthians 15:45) Jesus then received "all authority in heaven and on earth" as given to him by God. (Matthew 28:18) Hebrews 5:8 shows he was obedient to God, for example. Stokey. |

Hi Stokey, We need a Scripture reference for "Jesus is a created spirit-being". Jesus was not a son of God. He was the Son of God. Adam was not a son of God. He was created by God, not begotten by Him. Luke 3:38, "the [son] of Enosh, the [son] of Seth, the [son] of Adam, the [son] of God. All of these (sons) are in italics. The only Son in the passage is the Son of Joseph; the Son of God. Matthew 28:18, "And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to (Me) in heaven and on earth'." Please note the capital M and note the authority of the Trinity. He is with us always, even to the end of the age. Hebrews 5:8, Although He was a Son, (He) learned obedience..." Please note the capital S. This Man learned obedience, because He came as a servant, as one who serves, but He was the Son of God. From the heart, Ray |
