Bible Note: Dear seeking wisdom, Greetings to you in the name of Jesus! Thank you for your words of encouragement. You are correct that we may not get what we want. However, it is clear that the Lord desires that our 'yes' be 'yes' and our 'no' be 'no' concerning our faith. In addition, the Lord despises lukewarm attitudes, because they are confuse those around you and show a lack of determination. Apparently, the Bible teaches more respect for a clear answer, even if it is wrong (!), than a 'noisy gong.' A clearly wrong attitude can be repented of, while a lukewarm attitude accomplishes nothing. I really would like to move on if there is no answer coming forth. Blessings in Christ Jesus, charis |
