Bible Note: Hi BradK:: Thanks for the interest. It is true I do uphold baptismal regeneration, but I feel more comfortable saying Born Again. Because I do, I feel that this also answers questions 1, and 2 . But because you asked for an elaboration, the "washing of regeneration" spoken of in Tit. 3 to me says baptism.
