Bible Question:
ebrain, 1. How can one be sure that the "good fruits" produced today will continue until death? That is, how can one know his fruits are genuine? 2. Cannot one be deceived into believing the Spirit that bears witness within him is true when, in fact, it is demonic? |
Bible Answer: ebrain, Hope I can respond "better than last time!" I believe the only way to measure fruit is Galations 5:22 in light of 1 Corinthians 13. Jesus said in Matthew 7:16-24 that "many will say to Me on that day..." proving that (so called) works is not the qualifier nor the many who thought they were genuine believers. The fact that you or anyone is truly concerned, in my opinion, demonstrates that the Holy Spirit is alive and well within you. Genuine godly love, and a true thirst for knowing God is what sets the believer apart. What do you think? In Him, Psalm 25 |
