NASB | Isaiah 53:5 But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed. |
Subject: Is healing a guarantee?? |
Bible Note: It says Brad That these signs SHALL FOLLOW THEM THAT BELIEVE. That means the signs will be evident. When we pray for people we shut our eyes because we think "What if God doesn't heal them" I claim my power in JESUS. You might be powerless but I refuse to be. I want to be one of the ones Jesus finds faith in when he returns. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PRAYING IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE GOD IS GOING TO MOVE? To me if God is not guarenteed to heal EVERYONE I pray for, then I am waisting good oxygen and time praying for them. SO WHY PRAY????? |
