Subject: Divine Healing? |
Bible Note: Dear Jesified, You wrote: "yes, it is God's will for us to be healed. God is no respector of persons. He want's you to be healthy just as much as He want's me to or Benny Hin, the Pope, Charles Manson, everyone." To support your arguement, you offered two statements: 1) Nowhere in the Bible does it say that Christ refused to heal anyone. 2) He only does the work of His Father (John 5:30) You concluded "...so God wants us all in good health." I must say that you have founded your doctrine on sand. Where are your proof texts that positively affirm that it is God's will that every person who wants to be healed is healed? I would also like to know how you counsel people who pray for healing for someone but do not recieve it. Parents whose children die would be my example. John Reformed |
