Response........................................ Greetings Joe! I think Jonah had free will. God was just very persuasive! :-) After all, he could have stayed in the fish! I don't recall the verse about Jeremiah right off the top of my head, but it sounds like it may refer to a time when Judah had went too far and God wasn't giving them an option anymore.
