Bible Note: Counterview..................................... Greetings Joe! I fully agree with you on God's omniscience! However, there is another way to look at Nivevah (and the other examples you listed). God gave them two choices. In the case of Nivevah, they chose correctly and repented. In the case of Judah, they refused to repent. In either case, God's actions toward them were conditioned by their response (or lack of response) to His warning.
