1 | what sabbath does it refer to? | Col 2:16 | Morant61 | 25931 | ||
Greetings Djconklin! Check out the "Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament" published by Moody Press. It says of "mow'ed": "This masculine noun occurs 223 times. It frequently designates a determined time or place without regard to the purpose of the designation." Thus, it appears that the word refers to an appointed assembly, regardless of whether it is a feast or a fast. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
