Bible Note: Hi jlpangilinan, Your Philippians 2 reference in the seventh verse tells us that Jesus emptied Himself. Verse 6 tells us that even though subsisting in the form of God, equality with God was not sought by Jesus while on the earth. Even while reclining at the table with His disciples, Jesus said that He was like one who serves. He took the form of a bond-servant being in the likeness of men even though He existed in the form of God. From the heart, Ray |
