Bible Answer: Greetings Noveta! If I may interject, Ray is a dear brother and faithful contributer to this forum, who happens to have a 'thing' for capitalization. To him, 'God' and 'god', or 'He' and 'he' are two different things. Generally, I would agree with him. In English, it is customary to capitalize pronouns that deal with God. So, we would write: "God is my Savior. There is none but Him" - as opposed to: "God is my savior. There is none but him." Where I differ with Ray is that this is an English custom, not a Scripture practice. Neither Greek nor Hebrew followed this practice. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
