Subject: Are those He called always chosen? |
Bible Note: Tim, your right this discussion is hundred times better than “who married Cain” or 50 or so other discussions that have been beaten to death on the forum. However to what end to continue? I believe both Calvin and Arminus were both men that felt as you if they could be shown the problem with their thinking they would change. However as history proves they nobody could. I think the men that have debated this subject over the years have been men that if like you could be shown the error of their ways would also change. Now we know the bible wasn’t written to be taken two ways so where is the problem. I believe it exist in definitions and semantics. I really thin the Calvinist and the Arminianist are really talking the same things just saying it differently and the subject is so inflammatory that neither slows down long enough to explore common ground. But as I said to Joe if you feel your adding value to the forum and not just using it for preaching your soapbox have at it. |
