Bible Note: Greetings Scott! I appreciate your attempts to make yourself more clear. However, please allow me to make my position more clear: Are you and I alive? If we are alive and living human beings, then who were our ancestors, and the ancestors before them? As you can see, all humans had an ancestor, save one. And that human was Adam. If Adam had died both a natural (physical) and spiritual death, as you hold, then we simply would not be here, my friend! We would not be alive to discuss this, and the entire human race would have perished that day (physically) as the entire human race perished that day spiritually (Romans 5:12).
