Bible Note: Graceful I do not know the reason this thread was restricted. It may have been because of the tone or what was being said. I suggestted that it was because of you and that truthfully wasn't fair since I do not know that. As for me not discussing WOF teaching Biblically I will be happy to. Let us make a few conditions. We can not make assumations, or apply personnal interpretations even when we suggest it was reached by the Holy Spirit. On each point we have to reach a conclusion and when that conclusion is reached the one holding the opposing view has to concede that is now the correct and accepted view. If the Bible does not specifically state something and it can not logically be determined by implication we can not use it as a basis to make our point. Outside sources can be used only to further explain previous established truths that may shed light on the topic at hand. We will use as few bible verses as necessary to make our point and any quoted material will be held to a manageable amount. In other words if we can amaze each other with our brillance we won't overwhelm each other into submission. There can be no personal attacks implied or otherwise. I would suggest we do it his either on a restricted thread or you can contact me directly at Justaned@yahoo.com. I'm totally open to any suggestions you may want to see implemented, and I ask you to pick the subject we will start with. If you feel in any way this is unfair please let me know. EdB |
