Subject: A FALSE TEACHING? Yes / No |
Bible Note: I will agree with you to a certain point. Although Healings is a very hard topic. It is not always a persons lack of faith why they are not healed. For example Paul he had faith but God did not heal him. We do know He had a reason for this. Although I do think alot of times it is lack of faith, but I do have to question people who deliberately tell the person is is due to your lack of faith because some healers say that just to look like "they" didn't fail at healing him...I think some people with the gift of healing forget where the healing come from and doesn't want to look bad with people. Also James 5:14,15 Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. So in those verses its the elders faith that heals the sick. LIke I said when it comes to healing, Boy, what a difficult subject :) |
