1 | The Sons of God in Genesis 6:1-4 | Genesis | Makarios | 30450 | ||
Greetings Jesusman! I want to thank you on consistently writing some excellent and "clear minded" material on the subject of Genesis 6:4! I am in complete agreement with you that the "sons of God" mentioned in Genesis 6:4 is referring to the Godly line of Seth who intermarried with the daughters of men, rather than having angels procreate with human women.. It is a refreshment for me to see that there is now another user here at this Forum who sees this verse in much the same light as I do and not willing to let these claims of 'angels' being the 'sons of God' in Gen. 6:4 go unchecked! Thank you, my fellow brother in Christ, and excellent work here, my friend! Blessings to you, Nolan |

Thanks for the comments, Nolan. This is a real problem for me. I am one who cannot accept anything without solid proof behind it. I even put John Calvin and Calvinism to the test once. I came to the conclusion that if Calvin had the Alexandrian texts, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and other recently found manuscripts, his doctrinal teachings would've been different. But that's another topic I wish not to go into further discussion about. Jesusman |

Greetings Jesusman! Yes, that is another topic that I have written much on, and I will not willingly engage in that debate again, unless I'm dragged kicking and screaming.. :-) Blessings to you, Nolan |
