Greetings Jim! I simply say, "I bapitze you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." :-) This is a good example of why we shouldn't get hung up over formulas. The command to baptize simply identifies us with the death and resurrection of Christ and is performed under the authority of the members of the Trinity. The exact words are not important.
