Subject: "Once Saved Always Saved" |
Bible Note: Respectfully disagree, When you are saved your dead spirit is regenerated-reborn-and united with the Holy Spirit with Christ indwelling the believer..God does not save and unsave people. Christs death was for past, present and future sin. Should He leave you because of a sin you commit, practically speaking you would fall over dead. The bible says we are already seated in heavenly places meaning your spirit-(life force)-has gone on and all that remains is your soul and the physical presence of the Holy Spirit(Christ) is your life. He remains here to mature your soul and to do His work through you. Paul said it is not I who live but Christ who lives in me. God's grace is not an event that changes a person but an all powerful force that makes changes in the spiritual realm and in us in reality. Salvation cannot be lost, God does not go back on His work. |
