Subject: Do you own a TNIV? |
Bible Note: Justme, well it is an anatomical mystery how physical circumcision could ever be gender inclusive! As I've said before, these gender-neutral (sometimes called gender inclusive) versions of the Holy Bible in "the language of today," as the dust-jacket blurbs wish us to believe, are idiocy working in tandem with deliberate and apparently shameless aims to pervert Scripture in order to coddle to the political, social and economic pressures exerted on them by a perverted world. But gender neutrality is not the only problem with the TNIV. They have taken what many, I among them, consider inappropriate and error-ridden liberties with the manuscripts in other areas as well. I honestly feel it would be a singular blessing if the TNIV and other farces of like ilk would rapidly wither and die on the vine. I have no use for them myself and would recommend them to no one. --Hank |
