Bible Note: Who's healing did he shed it for then? It certainly wasn't for His. You can't suffer for Jesus sake. Jesus is in heaven with His Father. How can you suffer for His sake? Did He shed His blood for nothing? We esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God. Would you do that to your son? Would you beat your son so badly that he would not be recognizable? Yet that is what scripture says. He was beaten beyond recognition. Why? Who did He do it for? Why did He do it? He could have gone to the cross without shedding His Blood. Why didn't He do it? He didn't have to love us enough to shed His Blood for our healing. Now, that is my interpretation, you don't have to believe it. |
