Greeings, I wonder why you say, "making Christ BOSS" as if it is something you do. I must be misunderstanding your point because most people in this forum seem to keep saying that God and the Holy Spirit are the Ones that makes all this happen. Maybe you are agreeing with me that a prayer doesn't do it. It takes the 'obedience of faith' to bring one into a saved condition. Am I understanding you correctly? Good day. |

4 | how to be saved | Rom 10:9 | justme | 73755 | ||
Disciplerami: I use the word Boss to stimulate peoples current idea of what Lord is. Jesus is our Lord. We choose to let our free will to be Lord of us, or in functional equivalance Boss. A Christian can make the choice to be carnal or to be under the Spiriys control. Hope this clears it up for you. justme |

Reformer Joe: Wow, thats pretty cool, I like your idea. Only thing joe, is that I have no experience of being under a governmental King. I have too much experience under a boss. Boss is easier for some to relate to. Now those in the UK would relate to that relate quite well. I do think King Jesus is a very regal picture, and a accurate one as well. Thanks Joe! justme |
