Bible Question: When God told Abraham to kill his son... why was that not sin and why was that not tempting Abraham to sin? Which would be against what God said in James chapter 1 about God NOT temping any man with evil. |
Bible Answer: God did not tell Abraham to kill his son. Killing means to take Life. God told Abraham to offer him back to me all things are mine Give him back and the only way God could have gotten Isaac back was thru death. And when Abraham attepted to give him back it created what we call Faith. Please stop looking at the negative it was a great act of love was God was telling Abraham to do. God was only saying that real love is what im going to do when i give you my son Jesus so If u got real love for me give me yours. |
