Bible Note: Hi Steve, You said: "In order for your friend to mimic the command to Abraham, he would have to stop at the last moment and kill a ram instead." I like that... I will tell him that for sure. Great answer. It is sort of like people claiming to being tempted like Job when they loose things. Well to be like Job they have to be healed and restored. But that be as it may. God still told Abraham to kill his son. So is my friend to go through with the destruction of his family until God calls out from Heaven in an audible voice? |
