Subject: Why did God tell Abraham to kill his son |
Bible Note: No one has stated that "a" result of a burnt offering does not lead to death. The fallacy is saying that "When God told Abraham to kill his son". You are attempting to reconcile something that is not even accurate. In other words, you start off your search to reconcile based on the fact killing is a sin and as you put it, God told Abraham to kill his son. Let me ask you this, was the test to see if Abraham would kill his son as you put it or was it to test Abraham's obedience? Steve |
