Aften1, You said, "Show me the verse Bradk where "YOU" are saved by grace? Romans 5:8 was written by Paul for the people of that day and life. ..." Let me guess, you are trying to find Christian scriptures from a New World Translation bible? From your previous posts you: 1. Do not believe in the Trinity. 2. Do not accept Jesus as truly deity that died for our sins. 3. Do not believe in salvation by grace. 4. Believe your works are required for salvation. 5. Are unable to find key scriptures that are the bases of the historic Christian faith. 6. Cannot see that Jesus Christ is the Emmanuel of the Old Testament. If this is the case then of course you cannot find key scriptures concerning Jesus Christ. This is why Christians start with the Hebrew scriptures. The New Testament fits perfectly with Hebrew scriptures that are accepted by the Jews today and of Jesus' day. The Jews did not tamper with the Old Testament scriptures, but the false prophets of the Jahovah's Witnesses Watchtower Society did! If they were not afraid to tamper with the Old Testament, then what about the New? Pastor Glenn |

On the issue of being saved by gace in one sence we are, because Jesus lived, did works and defines what grace is. We hope to be saved by grace - I.E. Jesus knows what he is doing, however I can find not verse that point blank says we are saved by grace. I think one can achive a state of grace - threw the journey of mortality. Example - when your kids were young they looked to you with much love and trust. When they reached their teenage years, they can not "belive" how stupied their parents are. Then later in life they are gentle and gracefull with their parents because they - "get it". In measure grace is restored to them because they (like you) to the journey. As a side note Jesus did not seem to display much grace when it came to the money changers in the temple. (The man could become angry). After that incident the temporal powers at that time plotted his murder. Jesus was messing with their money. Salvation implies you are a wreck. Hearing the truth and understanding - means you are ready for reality. I do not debate peoples belifes,. I am here to speak the truth in order that others my free themselves, by useing their God given good powers of reasoning and logic. Today we have the Bible to read. Back when Jesus walked the Earth they did not. They did have reality right in their face. That reality seems upon us today. |

First Jesus was a teacher. Second Jesus is going to cast the Devil into perdition. The Seventh Universe is the Kingdom of the Lamb (Jesus). A house divided can not stand. Jesus knows this - the Creator Father, Immanuel and Jesus came up with a plan. Basically give the Devil enough rope to hang himself. As to the ascendant people of the Earth - you will go with Immanuel or be central in Jesus's new Universal government - "no more Devil trying to userp the Son". |

Thank you aften1 that is a very interesting and candid concept that I don’t think I have fully considered. You certainly mentioned a lot of thing that Jesus is going to do but as for who he was all you told me was that he was a teacher, which I must say I agree with you on that point. Could you further elaborate to me, your personal understanding of just who Jesus was? CDBJ |

Well to me he is a Ruler - notice the huge number of Angels round about the Throne. To you he is a teacher. Revelation 5 11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. |

Well aften1 you are getting me a little confused to say the least. In your first post to me you made this statement. “First Jesus was a teacher.” In my second and returning post I agreed with you. “You certainly mentioned a lot of thing that Jesus is going to do but as for who he was all you told me was that he was a teacher, which I must say I agree with you on that point.” Now you are saying that it was my idea to call him a teacher when all I did was agree with you. You mentioned in your last post the following. “Well to me he is a Ruler - notice the huge number of Angels round about the Throne. To you he is a teacher.” Well I will give you the benefit of the doubt so lets consider the last part of your most recent post to me and lets be honest with each other from here on. You used these Bible verses for a description of who Jesus is and I like it when people use the Bible to prove their point. We can’t dispute what the Bible says now can we, if we don’t take it out of context? Revelation 5 11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. Verse 12 is saying Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, Why, and you say this is referring to Jesus, in your estimation is he being called the Lamb? Do you know when Jesus was first called the Lamb? CDBJ |
