1 | Is reverence feasible? Always? | Eph 5:33 | Cyclist | 66296
Rabbi Mark, I will praise the Lord my God because He is worthy of all praise! I will praise the Lord my God because He is loving and kind and merciful! I will praise the Lord my God who created the heavens and the earth and the seas and all that therin is because He has provided salvation for me through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ! Praise the name of the Lord! Thank you for taking time to respond to my post. I still have not had nor taken the time to read every post on this. As I wrote before, my job is taking 10 hours of my day and, in addition to that, I am providing care for a family member in the evenings. If I had it my way I would be on the forum at least 8 hours per day. I am some what of a juvenile to this forum and in the word of the Lord my God compared to others members, who I consider to be my elders in Christ. That being said, I will exit this thread because my dear elder Hank has labeled it as divisive and I trust his wisdom in the Lord. I want no part of a divisive thread other than to address those that attack others. As for Mommapbs, I wrote to you before that she is a dear sister in the Lord. I am thankful for her. Bless you Mommapbs! In Christ, Cyclist I will bless the Lord at all times! His praise shall continually be in my mouth! |

2 | Is reverence feasible? Always? | Eph 5:33 | BradK | 66313
Rabbi Mark, Allow me to echo the wise words of both my colleagues, Hank and Charis. They have spoken well. As it has been said, unsolicited advice is rarely appreciated. Further, when faced with criticism, condemnation, or complaints, most will not respond favorably. To be effective in dealing with (or interacting)with people, there is a certain amount of tact and "people skills" required. As Col.4:6 says "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one". I too would strongly encourage you to include some info about yourself on the personal bio. The anonymity of the internet can become more personable this way. Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |
