1 | Is Jesus the Almighty? | John 3:16 | TheFinalSQL | 112233 | ||
Time does not stand still. Just because there were separate beings then, does not mean that there are now. Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. If you want to continue that there are three beings then the Father and the Holy Spirit have no power because it was all given to Jesus. What name does the Holy Spirit come in? Jesus, John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Who is the father of Jesus? Holy Spirit, Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Then there is the subject question no one has answered is Jesus the Almighty? Praise the Lord! Norm |

I don't know how to respond to your statement other than quote scripture which apparently you know already. So I'll watch for a few days and see what others post to the Forum. I'm going to try to be a little more low profile and see what develops. I'll pray for you and God bless. PS: I must say this: God is the same now, as He's always been and always will be. In my opinion that applies to ALL the Godhead. I think there are a multitude of scriptures in His Word, making this very clear. I agree with you, it's not clear exactly HOW this is true but I just know it is. We don't find out that good stuff till we get on the other side of Judgment Day. |
